Mangosteen Juice Compensation Plan

The Mangosteen Juice compensation plan provides a clear and simple road to accomplish everything you've ever dreamed. A full 50 percent of commissionable volume on each bottle sold goes straight back to commission payments. No tricks. No fuzzy math. No hidden changes to your earnings (breakage). Just wide-open opportunity. There are four ways to earn commissions:

1. Retail Sales

Purchase product at wholesale prices, sell at retail and keep the profit.

2. PowerStart (Weekly)

PowerStart is paid on a distributor's initial sales order (up to 10 cases of product) with volume that is placed within 30 days of sign-up. PowerStart is paid to the first two qualifying sponsors (see chart). PowerStart also compresses up to the next qualified distributor.

3. UniLevel (Monthly)

Paying 47% through 9 compressed levels on all sales orders (excluding sales orders paid as PowerStart) to qualified distributors based on the UniLevel chart. 3% goes toward the Global Bonus Pool.

4. Global Bonus Pool (Quarterly)

Qualified Premiers also benefit from a Global Bonus Pool.

Compression - A seamless process that creates a full nine-level commission payout even if specific, individual levels may not include a qualifying member.


Premier Bonus Pool
Leaders reaching the following bonus criterion can now qualify to receive a percentage of total global volume (paid quarterly) in the form of a high performance bonus. To receive this high performance bonus you must maintain a 200 PV minimum monthly ADP for the qualification and qualify as follows:

- Premier qualifications met for all 3 months of a calendar quarter
- a $2,500 (USD) monthly unilevel* check for each month of the period. Receive pro rata share based on first 3 volume levels.
Must have:
- Premier qualifications met for all 3 months of a quarter
- 3 Personally Sponsored 20Ks or higher
- 1 Personally Sponsored 5K or higher
- 100,000 GPV
- a $5,000 (USD) monthly unilevel* check for each month of the period. Receive pro rata share based on first 6 volume levels.
Must have:
- Premier qualifications met for all 3 months of a quarter
- 3 Personally Sponsored Premiers or higher
- 1 Personally Sponsored 20K or higher
- 200,000 GPV
- a $10,000 (USD) monthly unilevel* check for each month of the period. Receive pro rata share based on first 9 volume levels.
Must have:
- 500,000 GPV
- Must have a minimum personal volume and minimum ADP of 200.
- Personal sponsorship must include at least one 200K, two 100Ks, and two Premiers. Two of these five positions must be placed frontline.

* Percentages received from special promotional bonuses are not included in monthly commission check requirements.

NOTE: All compensation explanations representations are subject to the current Mangosteen Juice Company Policies & Procedures Manual. This is a summary only. Ranks and titles for 100K and 200K are advanced with the quarterly basis.
